Chromatic Scale Kobold

Every once and a while a kobold will hatch from an egg that has the full chromatic color of a dragon while nothing is biologically special about them they tend to be smarter and have higher potential than the average kobold.

Chromatic scale kobolds appear just like other kobolds physically but have more vibrant, rich, or darker scale color than other variant kobold species.
