The Hoard

The Hoard is the realm of the Dragon God, created when He ascended to godhood.

The surface of the realm is marked by volcanoes and other elemental cataclysms which make traversing the surface difficult.

Beneath the surface lie the Vaults of the Dragon God, a series of grand chambers filled with the treasure of eons, constantly added to by the tribute to the Dragon God. These chambers are trapped and locked wih complex magical wards. It is said that the Dragon God resides in the central Vault, a nation-sized sphere filled with gold and other treasures.

The Hoard can be seen from Durin as a red star in the night sky.
