Nyrelis, the Sentinel of Starlit Paths, is a gentle yet steadfast agathion empyreal lord who watches over dreams, children, and those who journey through the unknown. She is depicted as a luminous, moth-like figure with shimmering, translucent wings patterned with starlight and glowing softly in hues of silver and violet. Though her power is modest compared to the greater gods, her influence is profound, offering solace and guidance to the lost and protection to the vulnerable. Nyrelis' realms are the dreamscapes where potential blooms and the quiet paths where weary travelers find safety. She inspires her followers to nurture the dreams of others, shield the innocent, and kindle hope in dark times. Her faithful often carry tokens shaped like moths or stars, invoking her watchful protection on their journeys. While she rarely intervenes directly, her presence is felt in the warm glow of distant lights and the gentle whispers that stir the courage to move forward. Nyrelis is often seen as an inhabitant of the Reverie, the plane of thought and dreams, rather than the Upper Planes, and so often has a more personal relationship with the material realm and her followers. She is most often worshipped within the nation of Analein, where she has a small but strong base of worship. Additionally, the Free City of Eirn and the Principality of Saile, both members of the Sanzenean Commonwealth, have Nyrelis as a recognised deity of their state. Finally, many elves who travel out of their homes have a connection with Nyrelis, and she is a recognised, if small, part of the elven pantheon.
