Undertow
The ruins of a once underground city, Undertow is now mostly debris. The surface above the city was hit by a meteor, which shattered it, passed through it, and hit the city below, collapsing the roof of the giant cave that housed Undertow.
Undertow was before its destruction mostly unknown on the Surface. After its destruction, the first to arrive to help were the Order of the Guiding Light, who arrived a few days after impact.
Any Survivors were brought to a Refugee Camp the Order set up in front of the City until they were ready to move somewhere else.
Currently, the Ruin is abandoned, and no one is claiming dominion over it.
