Eter Glacia

Eter Glacia is the fortress Capital of Frostspire. Constructed with enchanted ice and stone, the Citadels serve both as homes and places of necromantic study. Despite the perpetual cold, they stand resilient, blending seamlessly into the icy surroundings. At the Peak of the City, build into a Glacier from the nearby Mountain, is the Castle of the Queen Immortal.
