Devils

Devils are the Race native to The Nine Hells, they are born from Souls brought to the Hells through Reincarnation.
Through the constant clash between Devils and Demons, that stemms from Lucifer's and Vornak's feud, Devils are constantly low in numbers which has led to higher ranking Devils travelling to the Material Plane and binding people into contracts to be reincarnated into the Hells.
After a Few Millina their culture is now revoling aound these Contracts. A devils standing is dictaed by how many Souls they can bring to the Hells. Other than that Devil culture is largely dictaed by their God Lucifer beeing the God of Contracts.
