Monastic Tradition: Way of the Megaton Fist

Split the atom upon your foes.
Monks who follow the Way of the Megaton Fist harness the destructive nuclear energies unleashed during the alien invasion. Inspired by the weapons of atomic, the Megaton Monks transform their bodies into living reactors. Their strikes carry the force of atomic blasts, and they manipulate radiation to weaken their foes and empower themselves.  

Becoming A Megaton Monk

As an order, the Megaton Monks are less then two years old have yet to establish themselves in the wider world. Most live on the fringes of the invasion, in or around zones of radiation required for their training. With their tendency to irradiate the areas they inhabit, most monks stay away from population centers.   The training for the Way of the Megaton Fist is gruesome; disciples meditate on the orbit of the atom while exposed to radiation, plunge their fists into heavy water, and practice their martial arts while fighting radiation sickness. Those who survive - and not all do - come out of the ordeal with a mastery of their bodies that allow them to not only survive these energies, but thrive on them.  
All students of the Megaton Way are bald due to radiation sickness, but some learn to grow hair again once they've mastered their art.

Megaton Form

3rd-level Way of the Megaton Fist feature
You learn to stoke the fury of the atom within your heart and adopt the martial stance of the Megaton form.   As an action, you can assume your Megaton Form, which lasts until you dismiss it (no action required). While in this form, you gain the following benefits and drawbacks:
 

Atomic Strikes

Your unarmed strikes deal additional radiation damage equal to one roll of your Martial Arts die.
For example, if your Martial Arts die is a d4, your unarmed strikes deal an extra 1d4 radiation damage.  

Radiation Resistance

You have resistance to radiation damage and advantage on saving throws against the Contaminated condition. At 10th level, you gain immunity to both radiation damage and the Contaminated condition.  

Glowing

Your body emits a stark radioactive glow; hard light, flickering green flames, or some other manifestation.
You have disadvantage on Stealth checks.  

Megaton Martial Arts

6th-level Way of the Megaton Fist feature
Your mastery of nuclear energy and martial arts merge into a devastating arsenal of techniques. You gain access to the following actions:  

Irradiate

You gain the ability to unleash a wave of radiation to weaken nearby foes. As an action and by spending 1 Focus Points, every creature of your choice within 15 feet must make a Constitution saving throw against your Focus Point save DC. On a failed save, a creature gains one level of the Contamination condition.  

Siphon

You learn to leech the radiation of others to empower yourself. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can choose to remove all level of the Contamination condition from the target to regain Focus Points as a reaction. You regain an amount of Focus Points equal to the levels of Contamination in the target.  

Proton Punch

With a burst of nuclear energy, your can make your strikes furiously powerful. As a bonus action, you can spend 2 Focus Point to gain advantage on all attacks against one enemy until the end of your turn.  

Atomic Furnace

6th-level Way of the Megaton Fist feature
The pulse of atomic power inside of you burns brighter and hotter. When using the Megaton Form, you gain access to the following benefits and actions.  

Reactor Overload

You can burn your own body as fuel for the furnace inside you. As a bonus action, you can elect to take damage equal to one roll of your Martial Arts die to regain 1 expended Focus Point.  

Gamma Strike

The weight of a megaton fist breaks through any defense. When attacking, you ignore one level of Radiation resistance, lowering immunity to resistance and resistance to nothing. At level 10, you ignore two levels of Radiation resistance.  

Option with Stunning Strike:

When you use your Stunning Strike feature, you can choose to inflict two levels of the Contamination condition instead of stunning the target by filling them with radioactive energy.  

Advanced Atomic Art

11th-level Way of the Megaton Fist feature
Your mastery over martial arts and atomic energies grow, allowing you to manipulate it inside of others to destroy them.  

Meltdown

You trigger a catastrophic reaction within the target by igniting the radiation within them. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can consume all levels of the Contamination condition affecting the target as a reaction. For every level of Contamination, the target takes extra radiation damage equal to 1d8 + the target's Constitution bonus.  

Proliferation

You strike the target at an atomic pressure point, forcing the radiation out of their bodies to contaminate others. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 Force Point as a reaction to cause the targets radiation to erupt. Choose any number of creatures within 15 feet of the target. Each chosen creature must make a Constitution saving throw against your Focus Point save DC. On a failed save, a creature gains levels of the Contaminated condition equal to half (rounded down) the levels removed from the original target.  

Detonation

You learn to detonate the nuclear energy within a victim, causing it to explode from within. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 Force Point as a reaction to cause a nuclear explosion within the creature. Each creature within 10 feet per 2 levels of Contamination must make a Dexterity saving throw against your Focus Point save DC. This consumes all levels of Contamination of the target.   On a failed save, a creature takes radiation damage equal to 1d6 per level of Contamination consumed. On a successful save, they take half damage.  

Ascendant Atomic Fission

17th-level Way of the Megaton Fist feature
You achieve perfect fission within yourself, perfectly blending body, soul, and atomic power. Through perfection comes the ability to unleash the full potential of nuclear glory.   While in your Megaton Form, you can consume all your remaining focus points to create a massive nuclear explosion centered on yourself. The explosion has a radius of 10 feet per focus point consumed. Each creature within the area must make a Constitution saving throw against your Focus Point save DC. On a failed save, a creature takes radiation damage equal to 2d10 per focus point consumed, and gains one level of the Contamination condition. Additionally, creatures already affected by the Contamination condition take extra damage equal to 1d10 per level of Contamination.   On a successful save, a creature takes half damage (including the extra damage from Contamination) and doesn't gain Contamination.  
Radiation Damage
Radiation damage represents harmful nuclear energy. Creatures not resistant or immune to radiation damage suffer its full effects. Radiation damage is considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
