Spell Scrolls

Anyone can use a scroll to cast a spell. If it’s not a spell their class would normally be able to cast, they must make an Arcana check (DC 8 + Spell Level). If they fail, the spell does not go off, and the scroll seals and becomes unusable until the next dawn. If it’s a spell their class would be able to cast at a later level no arcana check is required.
