Effect

You teach a creature your knowledge of the arcane as if they had gone through the training and allow them to cast your spells
Link with a creature in sight. For the duration that creature can cast spells as if they were you. Cast spells consume your spell slots. Concentration spells cast by them are maintained by them. If concentration is lost on Imperfect sync then both concentrations will fail
