31: The Brawl at the Prides Perch
General Summary
- Following from last session the party began assembling people whom they trusted and wanted to keep safe
- The early morning the next day the party assembled to begin the prep for the coming assault
- The first of the NPC's to arrive was Keisuke's friend Abes Jessori.
- Wearing some work cloths with suspenders ,they greeted everyone and sat down.
- The next to arrive was radon along with Magnesium
- Quickly following them Radons sister arrived both of them helped set up traps.
- The Next to arrive was Amako a yuan ti man who is probably in his late 250's but looks around 60 for humans
- He appeared to know Gaelin as an adoptive father
- And finally to arrive was Lolas brother Bizek Rih. a slightly unhinged man who was very prepared for the assault
- They all did prep work in order to make the place more defensible
- Ball bearings, tripwires, firebombs and proper positioning made the prides perch very defensible and saved them in the long run.
- The night started as the sirens began to ring out throughout the city.
- Then the fog rolled in.
- 5 figures appeared outside the prides perch poised to attack the place
- A shadowy figure appeared and seemed to direct the things in the mist towards the party
- With that all of the monsters nearby began to attack the prides perch
- Each of the large creatures began moving in. the Chrono clone of Gaelin got fucking rekt when they were focus fired.
- Gaelin kept the front safe with hunger of hadar
- Things were looking good untill the shadowy figure tapped radon and all the creatures in the area began to focus on her alone
- she was able to survive through the help of others.
- The fight continued this figure taping people who were then focused.
- The party killed most of their chronoclones
- The shadowy figure was revealed to have the face of Tevon. the leader of the cult as they faded back into the mist.
- With that the party successfully fended off the big wave from the mist.
