King Dorephan
Amidst the silver underwater palace of Sotto Varoona sites the huge, Kereselló ruler: King Dorephan. The King has lived over four centuries and has made his fair share of mistakes in his time as King. Currently, the people of Sotto Varoona respect their King and he, in turn, respects them by permitting them access to his throne room for regular sessions of open court.
Currently, the King is dedicated and preoccupied with hunting down and stopping the active pirate fleets that are currently cruising the waters around Varoona. It seems a past incident has made him sensitive to any affairs regarding pirates. Ultimately, the King simply wishes to ensure peace and prosperity for his people and the "land-walkers" of Varoona Proper.
