Celtra Hylandria
Standing tall and proud, an elderly elven woman with wispy gray hair pulled back tightly into a bun directs the chefs that have earned the honored place in her kitchen. When not requested to provide the café's specialty, the restaurant's namesake and resident blue-green pseudodragon is perched upon her shoulder or curled around her neck, doing his best to match his companion's serious and stern expression.
Celtra Hylandria is a respected member of the city of Varoona Proper. It is rare to see her outside her kitchen and even rarer to see her outside the restaurant itself.
