Arabellan "Belle" Vaelor

Upon arriving at the Leviathan Gladiator Ring on the first day of San Futas, the Deep End was greeted by a beautiful elven man with olive skin, smoldering amber eyes, and long, silky strawberry blond hair. Introducing himself as Arabellen - or Belle if you prefer - he caught the party slightly off guard with his flirtatious, bold, and incredibly forward greetings. Belle seems to be one of the San Futas Festival facilitators, who function to ensure that individuals are indulging sufficiently in the festival activities... beginning with the Rose Throne Tournament.
