Zennon, Trickster of the skies
Zenon is the Great Dragon of Air, Knowledge, Medicine, Tricks, Celebration, The Wilds and Vainity. Those with a quick enough eye to catch Zenon as he rides the winds describe him as a small yellow streak. To those who have incurred his wrath and survived tell shivering tales of being hunted by slender wyvern cloaked in lightning.
"The hardest part of gaining an audience with my master is well…finding him. Zenon is a free God. He hardly wastes his time with affairs of the people or the state. He was even found napping on a distant isle during an entire century of famine. It was only after I had completed my pilgrimage with all of the Lords of our realm did he reveal himself to me. Attempting to play if off as a chance meeting on a well beaten path. With scales a brighter yellow than the morning sun the slender wyvern imposed himself into my path. The Thunderous Trickster grinned as he craned his neck down towards me.
My master words came at me at a barreling speed. "Fancy meeting you here! You're working on Dad's little special pocket book aren't you?! Such a good little helper, is it going well? Do you need any help? You should be done already! Why haven't you asked me anything? You know a true Zenon would have come to me first!"
"Master! I beg of you! Slow down! I have saved the greatest tale for last. I wish you to tell me the story of creation! How we came to be!"
"That is a very long story, young Virnest. I suppose I can spare three minutes to tell you the entire tale. In detail."
Before my quill could even reach the parchment my lord had already reached the second age of the (draconic wars) I wrote notes furiously for the duration of my masters tale, I had come this far I would not lose to my own Lord. By the time my lords tales had come to an end, to my dismay I found many portions of my notes blotched with blood from my fingers. I had been writing at great speed. The lord of tricks flashed a cheerful grin at me before disappearing into the vast sky in a thunderous flash."
"The Pilgrimage of Virnest"
Zenon's domain is the sky itself. Even to members of the Zenon class he is referred to as The Absent One. His carefree nature causes him to leave his class to fend for themselves. Offering little of use for guidance. This led to Zenonian culture to develop to a high technological state. Zenon values knowledge, and believes no knowledge can be contained in the binds of a library. A stark contrast to his brother Terrano. Zenon believes knowledge should be sought, and pursued with vigor.
Zenon guards the wild creatures of Dreagasia and values those who would succeed in hunting them. But warns those who deprive the beasts of their honor, lest they be hunted themselves.
Along his journey through the sky Zenon departs rain down to Dreagasia to wherever he sees fit. Whether he steals the water from Aquilla or she gives it willingly is a disagreement between classes but it is a general consensus that it is his disdain for his brother Terrano that results in the arid temperatures in the Zar'een desert.
Zenon is the god of tricks, as he tricked his two strongest brothers to battle with earth and flame over the ground below to ensure his dominion over the sky. Zenon is easily the most joyous of his brethren and greatly favors bold expressions of celebration and joy. The Zenon class Dreagasians embodied this in their playful combat sense.
Zenon's domain extends northward from the southernmost coast of the continent Yt'rein to the southern edge of the Za'reen desert. His domain consists of steep mountainous cliffs that are near impossible to navigate on foot.
