Burst State

The Burst State is triggered by a mass adrenal response in a Grey Dreagasian, it triggers a metamorphosis of much of their cellular makeup and attunes them to one of the five classes of Dreagasian. The exact mechanics of what influences a Burst State or how to manipulate ones outcome are still unknown. Some theorize that it stems from the Dreagasians personal fight of flight response where are others believe it could be genetic or even linked to the worship of a particular deity. These things aside, there are striking similarities in nearly every Dreagasian of any given classes response to conflict. In a Burst State, a Dreagasian has more energy at its disposal then any other point of its life. Surpassing the expulsion rate limiter reduces the amount of energy adult Dreagasians are able to release at any given time. This is achieved due to the cells of the bursting Dreagasian are still in a state of flux for several hours after the initial burst, the fluctuating cells, attuning them to the Dreagasians new morphology have membranes fluid enough not degrade under the mass pressures of energy passing through them.

Manifestation

Pyrros: When faced with insurmountable odds, it is common for the Pyrrocian's to throw themselves into the fray with little to no regard for their personal safety. They often fail to consider the safety of their comrades around them nor the possibility of success in their actions. The Grey will explode with torrents of thermal energy and fling itself into combat. Few things create more heat in one moment on Dreagasia, than a freshly bust Pyrrocian.
Terrano: In response to incoming danger a Terranian will initially brace itself to defend against the threat protecting their own person with as much might as possible. Their focus will shift from being a vanguard assailant to operating as a defensive agent for the frontline.
Aquilla: An Aquillain bursting is likely the most beautiful of these transformations. Aquillas typically respond to conflict by turning the aggressor onto itself. Where one could be sure that a comerade had been obliterated in a blast of energy, they would soon be blinded by the azure channeling of the new Aquillian. An Aquillan exemplifies serenity on the battlefield, using only what those choose to use on them.
Zennon: A Zennonian Burst State is....difficult to see it at first. Zennons are typically viewed as cowards due to the nature of their Burst State. In response to immense danger a Zennonian will disengage or flee. This is not truly out cowardice nor do they always have the intent to fully leave a conflict, it is more about choosing both your location, and your opponent. The Zennonian will run from a conflict they believe they cannot handle and direct their focus into a more fruitful challenge. Bright bolts of electricity channel down the new Zennonian as they travel initially out of the fray, only to dive back into it.
Mortifis: The Mortifis Burst state is best accounted for by its lack of reaction to stimuli. Mortificians are common to not even recognize they have Burst until after the battle is over. They operate with a cold efficency, choosing logic over emotion. Success over friend. They find powers thrown at them becoming warped inside of them seeming to fill a deep forgotten hole in them. They will antagonize, and show the futility of an aggressors attempts. A Mortifician Burst state is visualized by chill in the surrounding air, and the sound of bubbling of energy as it is ripped from another's control
