Divine Soap

Divine soap is a hazel bar of soap with a sweet, fruity fragrance. Individuals apply divine soap to prepare their bodies for spiritual communication with an entity, including contacting the divine.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

When a creature applies this soap they are subjected to the following effects:

• Commune with nearby spirits, including numen, fey, demons, undead, and divines, for 4 hours
• Resist disease for 4hrs, giving the individual an additional 4 on luck checks against catching a disease, twice as much time between symptom stages, and a difficulty reduction of 4 down to a minimum of 2 on their constitution saves against worsening symptoms

Manufacturing process

Dissolve caustic soda in dew collected from a sacred lotus flower and combine with hot oil. Blend in short bursts until the components are entirely combined. Add 1 measure of sacred lotus flowers, 1 measure of dark opal, 1 measure of star of the glacier flowers, and 1 measure of heart-of-Dratora leaves to the combination and pour into a mould. Leave the soap to set for 24hrs, then cut into bars and leave for a further 4 weeks.
