A creature than consumes the counterirritant tonic tincture gains the following benefits:

• Resist disease for 1hr, giving the individual an additional 1d4 on luck checks against catching a disease, twice as much time between symptom stages, and a difficulty reduction of 1d4 down to a minimum of 2 on their constitution saves against worsening symptoms

Manufacturing process

Place chopped wolfsbane in an airtight jar and pour 40-90% alcohol over it. Shake the jar persistently before straining to separate any debris from the tincture.
