A carrier of this charm may reduce the successes of a projectile hitting them by 1d4 for as long as they are carrying it close to their chest.

Manufacturing process

The ritual to make this charm cannot be done on behalf of another, the carrier of the charm must be the one to create it, hence its rarity and low cost. A whole Prince's feather plant must be collected on a full moon and replaced with an offering to the plant Numen. The Prince's feather must be folded into the white cloth to create the charm.
