Brain scorpion brew is a spicy green macerate with a bizarre set of effects. It was produced accidentally after a failed attempt to brew adrenal tea.

• Spawn scorpions in the brain until cured

History

The first recipient of brain scorpion brew was a warrior afflicted with a poisoned wound. To their surprise, the brew did not bolster their courage to continue fighting, but rather cured their ailment and granted them the ability to foresee their foe's manoeuvres before they happened. This proved invaluable, turning the tide of battle, but afflicting the warrior with a horrendous headache. Assumed to be a side-effect of their new psychic abilities, it was only once the patient died later on that the scorpions that had manifested in their brain were revealed.
