Angel's Trumpet

Angel's trumpet, otherwise known as brugmansia, is a toxic woody shrub that grows in the tropics and is cultivated for ornamental purposes and religious iconography. They have some medicinal properties, which have been extensively tested and keeps cultivation of this plant from being outlawed. However, its role in certain forbidden shamanic rituals have led to it carrying an air of suspicion with it.

Many common folk with more malevolent streaks also use angel's trumpet as a very brutal and traumatic poison, reserved for their most hated.
