Collum Whittaker
Supply Sargent of the Hooded Lanterns
Collum is a twenty five year old young man who has survived in Drakkenheim by latching onto the only children he could find traversing the city. Ansom and Petra both helped Collum to safety. He then would then follow along side them as they learned to survive the ruins with Elias Drexel, the established commander.
