Ungnyeo is the Bear Woman of the mountain. She is the earth, and the Goddess of farming and those that grow. She was Impregnated by the Sky and gave birth to the first Emperors of the GoJoseon, Backje, SIlla, and Gaya Kingdoms. All the four rulers draw their lineage back to the mother in the mountains. Each worship her and their descendents will seek her out in the mountains for her blessing or when they need her sage advice.
