Trick Smokers Pipe

A seemingly common white clay pipe. When the pipe is loaded and smoked it will give the use the ability to blow up to (Soul Modifier) amount of multicolored smoke rings per rest period. These smoke rings can move anywhere the smoker can see, up to a speed of (Soul Modifier x 5ft) per turn and can last up to (soul modifier) number of turns or minutes. A stiff breeze or fan can disperse the smoke rings.
