Stat Damage

There are many posions and spells that will damage your Body, Mind, or Soul Stat. When this happens, do not fret, it will wear off. For every full rest period taken you will heal 1 stat damage. If Medically supported you can add the Mind stat of the character doctoring you to your heal rate.
