The lost souls of those trapped in rivers. These undead are rendered confused buy the babbling brook lost in the eddies and weeds. The Shui Gui drags others into the deep drowning them, once they can trap another soul in the weeds it frees them to leave, replacing the one soul for another.

Sirens call = Make a soul check to call a target within (5ft x soul modifier) distance to make full movement towards caster.
Drown = Makes an opposed body check to drag target underwater dealing 1d5 suffocation damage per tun underwater
True Death = If they are destroyed, they will reform in 1d5 days. To destroy them fully you must drain the water and find the corpse of the creature in the mud and weeds, then you must burn it before you can reopen the waters.
