Gathering around places of suicide or murder looking to spread the negative energy to more of the living. Shinigami prefer to perpetuate murders over suicides but any form of violent death allows them to feed creating more shinigami to spread.

Corrupting Soul = opposed soul check to inflict (1d5 x ranks of success) to targets soul stat within (5ft x Soul Modifier)
Possession = roll opposed Soul check, on two degrees of success gain control of target untill attacked.
Drop Corpse = Leave a possessed body and enter phantasmal form.
Can only be killed when possessing a body.
