Shang Iian

Living in his Jade Palace, Shang Tian is the Premordial Emperor the Most High. He defends his palace and celestial court and many other emperors of Yaxia pay tribute to him. But his rule is not absolute, and many view him as a puppet governor, no more then a way to legitimize there own claims to the Valley between Two Rivers.
