Seven League Boots

These heavy leather boots have iron souls needing a strength body check to use them. Once the wearer lifts a boot with their foot inside it each step moves them 21 miles. It is a difficult -20 attempt to shorten the step, but for each rank of success the the distance can be controlled by 10 miles.
Example: Jerry has a Body of 42, he rolls a 05, (base 42 - diffuculty 20 = target 22) which is 1 degree of success (target 22 - roll 05 = 17 = 10 + 7) so Jerry can travel a distance of 11-21 miles per step.
