Peridot

This Yellow Green semitransparent gemstone is found mostly in volcanic areas and in obsidian sheets. Sometimes it is also found inside Meterorites. The Gem Peridot is used to drive away fears and nightmares, and carries a gift of inner radiance. Peridot is sometimes mistaken for Emeralds and other green gems due to it's sometimes deep green tones. Peridot is sometimes used to make magical lanterns as it's clear green colour and inner flame is easier to draw out then many other gems.
