Ningyo are aquatic fish like beings that reside deep in the seas around Oyashima as nomadic tribes. They hunt in packs using nets and herding tactics to round up the fish and then eat them raw. When Ningyo are found beached on the surface of beaches they are seen as signs of calamity especially warfare. It is believed that the eating of their raw flesh can imbue immortality, that is if your able to survive the many toxins built up in their body.

Bite = 1d5+(Body Modifier) Tearing (force a body check on targets to inflict 1d5 bleeding damage for 1d5 turns)
Hooked Knives = 2d5 Tearing (Force a body check on a struck target to inflict 1d5 bleeding damage for 1d5 turns)
Fishing Net = Can be used to Grapple or entangle opponents adding a +10 to grapple checks
Toxic Flesh = Creatures that bite a Ningyo must make a body check and if failed take 1d5 poison damage for 1d5 turns
Water Breather = Breathes water like it's air. If on the surface take 1d5 suffocation damage each turn.
