Mneussa Slock
A grove of Yina'mtilan loosely attached to the Jade Horde . Repeatedly the colony breaks out in rebellion against the conquerors of their forested city.
Most of the City is shut off to Outsiders usually only allowing officials in to do their audits and collection of tarrifs. Most of their trade they do produce flows out to the city of Dagon as their main expertise lumber and crafted wood products.
