Jingu

The "Golden Fillet" or "Tight Fillet" is a magical circlet that can fit around the wearer's forhead seaming to be able to fit onto anyones head. Once worn it can only be taken off buy it's owner, who must chant a magical spell to remove it. If the owner wishes to punish the wearer of the circlet there is a chanting spell he can give that will cause the wearer to suffer massive pains as if his head were being crushed.

For every turn that the Chant is said the wearer of the Circlet must make a -10 Body Check to be able to act, every turn this increases by another -10 until the end of the chant is spoken.
If the Owner of the Circlet is killed then every turn it is as iff the Chant is being heard, although the release chant is never given.
The Owner has a special Chant that can also remove the Circlet from the wearer heads.
