Living deep in the oceans around Oyashima. Bringers of prophecy and good fortune Honengame try to warn sea villages and Farmers of droughts, famines, and plagues, they then tell them to save their food and prepare. They then use their divine status to try and help the peasants prepare and collect. Then disappear again beneath the waves.

Summon Rain = make a Soul Check to summon rain clouds capable of (Soul modifier) inches of rainfall.
