Heretic's Fork

A pronged double ended rod made to peirce slightly the top of the sternum on one side, and the soft underchin on the other. A strap in the middle goes around the neck to hold it in place. This forces the victim to keep their chin up and keeps them from sleeping, eating, talking, or swallowing, as any movement of the neck and jaw causes mass pain, with very little risk of death.
