Heian Kyo
The Largest City on the Island of Konoshima.
The city rests at the end of Kinyabi bay, it is the center of the Oyashima Empire and the one time residence of the Goddess Amaretsu and her family. Her family still reside in the palace, although their envolvment in the wider Islands is debatable to negligable.
The City is now ruled and controlled by Tamamo-No-Mae
