Headband of Enslavement

A circlet of good that changes to fit the head of whoever its placed on. Once placed only the hand that placed it can remove it. Upon a special chant the band will continue to tighten causing unbearable pain. Upon activision the wearer gains -5 to all rolls, adding a -5 for every turn the chant continues, (-5, -10, -15, etc). Once the chant ends all negatives are reduced back to 0.
