Hand Cart

A two wheeled cart that can be either yokaed to a person, a small animal, or pulled by a bar held between two arms of the cart. Carries up to 500lbs and divides loaded weight by a factor of 10. meaning 500lbs feels like pulling 50lbs, and 250lbs loaded feels like pulling 25lbs. Making the user only need to make body checks to pull the cart based off of the factored weight, not the true weight.
