Golden Coat of Chain

Dwergar made coats of armor. These gold and jewel encrusted suits of chain that cover torso and arms. the Five greater gems can each hold a single charged spell. the lvl of the spell in the gem is from the caster of the spell. The caster loads a spell into the gem as if casting it, and then the wearer of the armor can release the spell within the gem. The spell acts as if the wielder of the armor casts it, but uses the attributes of the original caster. Each gem can hold only one spell at a time and must be reloaded after casting.
