Garlic

Long flat leaf blades grow around a long stem with a fluffy purplish white flower head. The plant grows from a thick oberous bulb with many cloves.
Garlic has a long history of flavouring in foods, its strong flavour a beloved addition to many meals. The steams give a smaller flavour then the cloves, and the leaces can be used in salads.
The smells of the cloves is an insect repellent.
The juices of garlic, crushed chopped, or powdered is used in many cure alls
