The Caster makes a Soul Check to send a bolt of lightning (5ft x Soul Modifier) distance in a straight line, striking all targets in the line for 1d5+(Soul Modifier) Damage Electric Targets in the line of fire can make a dodge attempt to take half the damage, but a target with metal armor or flesh can not dodge the attack.
