Effect, Charmed

A charmed character is entranced with an object or person. The Charmed character will stand or sit quietly and do very little but pay attention to the person or object for as long as they are charmed. They take a -20 to all tests that do not involve the object of fascination.
Once their is an obvious threat to them, such as an attack, a spreading fire, or such event, or if the character is shaken or interacted with by an ally or enemy this will also break the fascination.
