these mostly colorless stones have a clear quality to them, extremely rare they are found in sandstone, limestone, alluvial deposits, and other sediments that have not fully solidified into stone yet. They are extremely hard to cut and are a very durable mineral. Often used as cutting or engraving tools, or used in talismans as a protective purity force, they were sometimes ground into dust and used as cures to violent poisons and diseases as they could pull the impurities into themselves from the inside of the ingester.
The Diamond mines are concentrated in Lemuria and are rarely if ever found in other continents. Some are in southern Levant while Libya may hold a few along the coast of the Sea of Zanj.
