Dhul Khalasa

The Martyred God, The Purifier, The White Stone, Dhul is a god of healing, he himself has returned from death to spread out his healing arts. His followers dress in white robes and worship at his K'ba that houses a large smooth bolder of pure white marble. Inside this stone rests the body of Dhul Khalasa, rent from shoulder to hip by the sword of a long forgotten dark spirit. He bleeds freely from the wound when outside the stone, and his hot blood can be drank to heal ailments and diseases. His followers Sacrifice their own blood to revitalize their god, each draining just enough of their own life essence to keep themselves away from deaths gates. While healers and purifyiers of disease the followers are not helpless, and are soldiers and fighters as well. Learning from the mistake of blind trust that killed their god in the past, only for him to rise again when their pleas called him from the river under the earth. All those who seek healing at the White K'ba must offer a gift, and if the god Dhul sees it as worthy then the priest warriors will use their healing arts upon them.
