Cover
Cover will block damage done to the target behind it.
The cover is granted based on the percentage that is exposed. If the character is covered from the waist down in cover so about 50%, then there is a 50% chance of taking no damage. If there is 15% uncovered then only a 15% chance to hit.
After the opponent rolls to hit, but before damage is calculated, roll a %die (1d100) to see if the attak hits the cover instead.
After that is found, roll damage and apply it to either the cover, if it was a miss, or the target, if it was a hit.
