Bumianjia

These heavy cloth robes were reinforced with metal plates between the layers of cloth, with the rivet heads showing up as a design on the outside of the armor. Their chest was defended by a round huxinjing plate "Protect-Heart mirror". Many of these robes were colourful with design as they also denoted rank and prestiege of many military officials in Yaxiya and the surrounding areas.
