Caster makes a soul check, on a succes they draw moisture from the area causing fatigue in the target and making items more brittle and flamable. Area of effect is (10ft x Soul Modifier) this area is effected for 1d5 turns, every turn deal 1d5 damage to items in area, and add 1 lvl of fatigue to living creatures.
