Bird Feather Cloak

This cloak is created from the feathers of a single bird, like a Crane, a falcon, eagle or the such.
These cloaks are used by Shapeshifting lineages and races to change their form without using material components. When wearing a Bird Feather Cloak the wearer can make a Soul Check to change their form into the bird's form whose feathers make up the cloak up to (Soul Modifier) amounts of time per rest period. Taking off the cloak turns one back to their original form.

grants use of the Shape change: Beastform spell up to (Soul Modifier) times per day without Material Component.
