Baker Guilds

These Guilds are in various cities, they are in charge of making sure that the various baked goods and sellers use good ingredients, don't sell moldy or off colour breads, make sure they don't place rocks in the breads to increase weight for sale, and hold to guild placed prices.
Guilds take goods and fees from their guild followers, banning the sale or use of non guild goods, and making sure that those involved all get paid. They cover legal fee's and punishments to those who break laws in the guild and train and produce new bakers. When bakers retire they recieve a very small stippend
