Ambushed Targets or Surprised Targets

During the start roll inititave as normal and when it would reach the turn of a target with the surpprised effect they must roll a Mind Check. If the Target passes the Mind Check they may make a single half action this turn. If the Target fails the Mind Check they may not make any actions this turn and are for all purposes skipped. Wither they pass or fail the Mind Check the Surprised target goes back to normal after the turn and will loose the Surprised effect.
