Humanoids

In addition to Human-derived species, there is a vast array of non-human, but humanoid beings that now inhabit Atheron. Some of these monsters were brought by the Dragon Kings to serve as ‘soldiers’ in the Dragonwar (i.e., kobolds). Other monsters are Fae-influenced creatures that wander from the Wode into the world (i.e., goblins and hobgoblins). And the remainder are creatures that have been metamorphosed by dragon mating flights into humanoid shape and humanoid intelligence (i.e., tabaxi, minotaurs.) No matter their origin, many of these beings have at least some ability to interbreed with humans. Also, many have magical abilities of some description – either innate powers or learned magic.
